I started with McKesson in their Pharmacy Technology Systems division the summer after my junior year at Xavier. Through hard work and my ability to produce results I proved myself valuable to the organization. I continued working with McKesson as an intern through my graduation where I was subsequently offered a full-time position on the Customer Experience team. In this role, I have transformed the data and reporting structure of the team delivering high-value dashboards and reports on a regular cadence allowing the leadership team and our customers to make data-driven decisions. I constantly seek out ways to improve the impact and effectiveness of our data as we move to higher value analytics from information to optimization.
