During my time at Xavier I worked as a Student IT Technician for their Technical Support Department. In this role, I diagnosed, troubleshot and resolved a range of software, hardware and network issues on classroom AV systems and personal electronic devices. I developed the ability to effectively work independently during shifts when no full-time staff was on site, and I was solely responsible for handling all incoming support issues and requests. Additionally, I excelled in asking probing questions and researching, analyzing and rectifying problems in fast-paced work environment. This was my first position where I worked at a cubicle in an office, and I learned a lot about the professional workplace allowing me to acclimate and succeed very quickly in my following role at McKesson.
